As part of Galit’s artistic and social agenda, she creates with non-dancer women, she works to create an artistic space for the mature age and promoting the idea of life in a society that allows development and self fulfilment in a mature body. Galit is a pioneer in her Social-Artistic work. In her extensive work, she raises old age on the public agenda, and asks to stretch the boundaries of performative dance genre contrary to popular perceptions and stereotypes in society, and redefining the relevance of the body as it is. She brings different perspective to the traditional interpretation on the female body and old age.

Furthermore, this work contributes to the mental well-being and refinement of physical abilities in aging. Women from all over Israel come to the workshops. This school is the first of its kind in Israel.
